Welcome to Virgin Pools, a service operated by Virgin Homes. By accessing our website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

Virgin Pools provides a platform that connects homeowners with independent local pool service professionals across the United States. Virgin Homes coordinates scheduling, billing, customer support, and service management but does not directly perform on-site pool maintenance services.

2. Membership

Your membership includes recurring weekly pool cleaning and maintenance for eligible residential swimming pools. Memberships renew automatically every four (4) weeks until canceled.

3. Billing

Membership fees are billed automatically every four weeks using your selected payment method. By subscribing, you authorize Virgin Homes to charge your payment method for all recurring membership fees until your subscription is canceled.

4. Promotions

Limited-time promotions, including the 3rd Month FREE offer, are subject to eligibility requirements. To qualify for promotional offers, customers must remain active through the required promotional period. Canceling before completing the promotional period will forfeit any remaining promotional benefits.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, and no future recurring charges will be processed. There are no cancellation fees.

6. Service Availability

Virgin Pools serves homeowners through a nationwide network of independent service providers in major U.S. cities. If service is unavailable in your area after purchase, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

7. Property Eligibility

Standard pricing applies to typical residential swimming pools in normal operating condition. Oversized pools, commercial properties, green pools, pools requiring restoration, or properties requiring additional labor may require a custom quote before service begins. Virgin Homes reserves the right to decline or modify service if a property falls outside our standard service guidelines.

8. Independent Contractors

All on-site services are performed by independent contractors. Virgin Homes does not employ field technicians and does not perform work at customer properties. Independent contractors are solely responsible for their workmanship, insurance, licensing, legal compliance, safety practices, and any property damage, personal injury, or losses arising from services they perform.

9. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Customers may be eligible for a refund under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee if service fails to meet reasonable quality standards. Eligibility, documentation requirements, exclusions, and claim procedures are described in our separate Money-Back Guarantee policy.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, maintain accurate contact information, disclose known hazards that may affect service, and ensure pets are properly secured during scheduled service visits.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virgin Homes’ liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Virgin Homes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for delays or interruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, equipment failures, utility outages, contractor availability, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, trademarks, images, graphics, and text are the property of Virgin Homes or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Changes to These Terms

Virgin Homes may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
