At Virgin Pools, we believe in earning your business every month. That’s why our memberships are flexible, with no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
How Cancellation Works
Your membership is billed automatically every 4 weeks.
You may cancel your membership at any time, and your service will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Once your current billing cycle ends, your membership will not renew, and no future charges will be made.
Promotional Offers
If you enrolled through our 3rd Month FREE promotion, you must remain an active subscriber through your first three consecutive billing cycles to qualify for the complimentary third month.
If your membership is canceled before completing the promotional period, the free month will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for services already completed or for the current billing period.
If you believe your service did not meet reasonable quality standards, you may be eligible for a refund under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please refer to our Money-Back Guarantee for full eligibility requirements.

If we’re unable to provide service in your area after your purchase, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a 100% refund of any payment received.
