Virgin Pools does not sell or ship physical products. All purchases made through our website are for recurring pool maintenance services provided by independent local service professionals.
Because no physical goods are shipped, shipping fees, delivery times, and carrier policies do not apply.
Once your membership is purchased, we’ll contact you to confirm service availability in your area and coordinate your first scheduled pool service. If we’re unable to provide service at your location, you’ll be notified promptly and receive a 100% full refund of any payment made.
