To ensure a fair and transparent review, refund requests must include:

• Photos of the pool taken before and after the scheduled service, when reasonably available.
• Photos must include original metadata (date, time, and location information when available) or other reasonable proof that they were taken during the service period.
• Customers must notify Virgin Pools of any service concerns within 7 days of the affected service so we have an opportunity to inspect or correct the issue.

This guarantee applies only to the quality of the pool cleaning and maintenance services provided by Virgin Pools and does not cover issues caused by weather, storms, equipment failures, misuse, vandalism, acts of nature, or conditions outside of our control.
